Research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"沈水植物や大型藻において水中光量はそれらの垂直分布を規定する重要な環境要因である。しかし、山中湖の水中光量については限られた時期に断片的な記述があるのみで情報が不足している。そこで本研究では、山中湖で周年を通して水中光量を測定し、本湖の水中光量と消散係数を明らかにすることを目的とした。光量の測定は結氷期の 1 ~ 2 月を除いた 2008 年 7 月~ 2009 年 10 月までに月 1 回、手漕ぎボートを用いて行った。沈水植物の現存量が大きい山中湖北東端の入り江、平野ワンドに湾奥部より湾口部にかけて 5 定点を設け、2008 年 11 月からは湖心にも新たに 1 定点を加え、光量子計 2 組を用いて水面上と同時に水深毎に湖底付近まで光量子束密度の測定を行い、各水深で相対光量を求め、指数回帰して消散係数を算出した。湖心における 11 ~ 10 月までの水深別の年平均相対光量は水深 10cm で 85.9%、1m で 47.5%、2m で 28.7%、3m で17.7%、4m で 11.1%、5m で 6.9%、6m で 4.5%、7m で 2.9%、8m で 1.8%、9m で 1.1%、10m で 0.7%であり、年消散係数は湖心では 0.533、平野ワンドの湾口部から湾奥部にかけて 0.663、0.707、0.695、0.801、0.884 であり、湾奥部にかけて増大する傾向が見られた。なお、平野ワンドでは湾央の定点で湾口に近い定点より消散係数が低かったが、それは湾央の定点で湧水が多いためと考えられた。山中湖では沈水植物と大型藻の分布限界水深は約 5m であるので、湖心の相対光量を基準に考えると水深 5m では水面上の光量の約
